Grief means they are saddened confused and deppresed. When they move to TEAR the are still sad and depressed but now they are emotionally unstable and mad.

using protective gear, such as knee pads, helmet, and hang grips. having water bottle, knowing the directions to where you wish to go, and a reflective light on the back.
