The 13 colonies of America in the 1770s was the perfect place to put into action because it was the first in history to get Independence from the hands of the British by winning the war. After freedom from the clutches of British, who imposed taxes and controlled their right strictly, Americans decided to bring a constitution in a country with rights for people without the government involvement in it.  Locke views on natural rights reflect the rights which have been given to the human by birth and by God, cannot be taken by any king or government. Locke believed all created as equal and natural rights, which became part of the Constitution of America.
