Individual decision making is more limited than collaborative decision making because as an individual you would only have one or two points of view on the subject as well as knowledge and ideas. If you were to work with more people to decide on something then there would be a good chance that everyone would be able to pitch in ideas and different points of views to overall decide.

Professional characteristics of a health care manager is
kupik [55]

Answer:

A healthcare manager is an autonomous and comprehensive professional, entrepreneur and strategist, with the ability to assume managerial responsibilities, make decisions and lead projects; competent to plan, organize, direct and control administrative processes and policies of the health sector in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and quality.

Explanation:

A healthcare manager is a health professional who is responsible for the administration and development of actions aimed at fulfilling the mission of an entity that provides health services. He must have knowledge of public administration and / or business administration, health services management, social protection system in health, quality of services and administration of health services. The work of the healthcare manager requires a learning curve in topics related to various areas. The combination of technical knowledge and managerial skills (internal communication, teamwork, conflict management and leadership) will allow him/her to manage and make decisions. Both the professional profile and the functions, actions and responsibilities of the health manager may have some variations depending on the type of organization in which they work. However, it is possible to point out the fundamental factors to be considered in said profile: the administrator must be strategic, tactical and operational in the Health Sector organizations, identifying and optimizing the management of their risks and a leader in the implementation and management of projects to define the health needs of the populations and establish intervention priorities that allow the dynamization of the provision of the service at the different levels of intervention.

What role do protein, carbohydrates, and fat play in keeping the body healthy.
EastWind [94]

Answer:

"Carbohydrates are used for energy (glucose). Fats are used for energy after they are broken into fatty acids. Protein can also be used for energy, but the first job is to help with making hormones, muscle, and other proteins. Broken down into glucose, used to supply energy to cells. Your body uses amino acids to build and repair muscles and bones and to make hormones and enzymes. They can also be used as an energy source."

This is from uofmhealth.org I hope this helps

Explanation:

Basically:

Carbs=energy

Fats= turned into acid then energy

Protein= turned into amino acids and repairs your body/also energy if needed.

A client with heart failure asks, "Why am I taking a 'water pill' when it's my heart that is having a problem?" While educating
aleksklad [387]

Answer:

B)"Since your heart is not pumping efficiently, the kidneys are getting less blood flow; therefore, the kidneys are holding on to sodium and water."

Explanation:

The Frank-Starling Mechanism, is a cardiology concept, to refer to the heart's ability to adapt to changes in blood volume by modifying its contractility. Thus, when more blood enters (greater preload) the contraction force increases and the amount of blood pumped into the aorta and when less blood enters (less preload) less blood comes out.

This mechanism serves to understand how the heart behaves when more blood enters, for example when saline is introduced, or a water pill, and when less blood enters, for example if the patient is dehydrated or has significant bleeding. For this reason, we may think that the best answer to your question is "Since your heart is not pumping efficiently, your kidneys are receiving less blood flow, so your kidneys are holding sodium and water."
