Answer:

Robinson's deferred income tax expense or benefit for the current year would be $6,700

Explanation:

The computation of the deferred income tax expense or benefit for the current year is shown below:

= Deferred tax expense - adjustment of tax based on the tax rate

where,

Deferred tax expense = (Favorable temporary differences - unfavorable temporary differences) × corporate tax rate

= ($50,000 - $20,000) × 21%

= $6,300

And, the adjustment of tax equals to

= Net taxable temporary difference × (Tax rate - corporate tax rate)

= $100,000 × (34% - 21%)

= $13,000

Now put these values to the above formula

So, the value would equal to

= $6,300 - $13,000

= $6,700

As a result of monetary policy of the Fed, the dollar appreciated and the amount of exports decreased. Which of the following Fe
vodka [1.7K]

Answer:

D. A Fed sale of bonds to brokers and banks.

Explanation:

The sale of bonds to banks and brokers is a contractionary open market policy. Its objective is to check inflation by slowing down the rate of economic growth. When the Fed offer bonds to the markets at a higher interests rate, banks will prefer to buy the bonds than lending out money to household and firms.

Producers rely on banks to fund their operations. If they cannot obtains loans for production and growth, their output decreases. A decrease in output results in reduced exports.  Low production of US goods means a reduced supply to the international market. It means international buyers will be competing for fewer US products. As the markets compete for the few available products, they push the demand for the dollar up, causing it to appreciate in value.

Focus groups should be comprised of how many people? Three to five people Six to eight people Eight to 12 people 10 to 12 people
gregori [183]

Answer:

3-5 people

Explanation:

It's called a focus group for a reason. If there were 8-12, or 10-12 people, the others might not be able to focus. But there are people who need others to focus, so 3-5 would be a perfect number per group.

hope it helps! :3

What recommendations/actions would you provide to a coworker if they did not understand an email that was written by their super
valentina_108 [34]

My recommendation would be: communicate directly to the supervisor to clarify the intend of the email

Most employees believed that asking clarification to their supervisor would reflect badly on them since it make them look incompetent.

But most supervisors are trained to provide employees with guidance if they do not understand their assignment. And, following the wrong order would be significantly worse compared to not able to understand an email.
