Answer:

From DRAM to DDR4

Explanation:

RAM stands for <em>Random Access Memory.</em> In 1968, Mr. Robert Dennard at IBM's Watson Research obtained the patent for the one-transistor cell that will eventually substitute the old magnetic core memory allocated in computers of the time. By 1969 Intel released the TTL bipolar 64-bit SRAM (Static Random-Access Memory) as well as the ROM "Read Only Memory"; also in 1969 it evolved into "<em>Phase - change memory - PRAM - </em>". However this evolution was not commercialized, Samsung expressed its interest in developing it. In 1970 the first DRAM product was commercially available; it was developed by Intel. In 1971 it was patented EPROM; in 1978 George Perlegos developed EEPROM.

By 1983 a nice breakthrough happened with the invention of SIMM by Wang Labs. In 1993 Samsung came up with KM48SL2000 synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), this variation soon turned into an inductry standard.

In 1996 DDR began a revolution in the memory sector, then in 1999 RDRAM. Both DDR2 SDRAM. DDRR3 and XDR DRAM were commercialized. Finally in 2007 and 2014 the developments of DDR3 and DDR4 were available for the general public.

What is the WiFi signal strength in different iPhone models?
Anika [276]
This is a really good question! WiFi signal strengths depend on the model of the WiFi receiver (which is in the iPhone) and the quality of the router sending out the signals.

Write a class Bug that models a bug moving along a horizontal line. The bug moves either to the right or left. Initially, the bu
Harrizon [31]

Answer:

Explanation:

The following code is written in Java. It creates the Bug class with the position and direction variables. Then it creates a constructor, move method, turn method, and getPosition method. Finally, a bug object called bugsy is created in the main method, and we move it once to the right, then again to the right, and then we turn it and move it 5 times to the left, printing out the position when it is done moving. Output can be seen in the attached picture below.

class Brainly {

   public static void main(String[] args) {

       Bug bugsy = new Bug(10);

       bugsy.move();

       System.out.println("Current bug position: " + bugsy.getPosition());

       bugsy.move();

       System.out.println("Current bug position: " + bugsy.getPosition());

       bugsy.turn();

       bugsy.move();

       bugsy.move();

       bugsy.move();

       bugsy.move();

       bugsy.move();

       System.out.println("Current bug position: " + bugsy.getPosition());

   }

}

class Bug {

   char direction = 'r';

   int position = 0;

   public Bug(int initialPosition) {

       this.position = initialPosition;

   }

   public void turn() {

       if (this.direction == 'r') {

           this.direction = 'l';

       } else {

           this.direction = 'r';

       }

   }

   public void move() {

       if (this.direction == 'r') {

           this.position += 1;

       } else {

           this.position -= 1;

       }

   }

   public int getPosition() {

       return this.position;

   }

}

masya89 [10]

Answer:

import java.util.Scanner;

public class TestClock {

   public static void main(String[] args) {

 Scanner in = new Scanner (System.in);

       System.out.print("Enter favorite color:");

 String word1 = in.next();

       System.out.print("Enter pet's name:");

 String word2 = in.next();

       System.out.print("Enter a number:");

 int num = in.nextInt();

       System.out.println("you entered: "+word1+" "+word2+" "+num);

   }

}

Explanation:

Using Java Programming language

  1. Import the Scanner class
  2. create an object of the scanner class
  3. Prompt user to enter the values for the variables (word1, word2, num)
  4. Use String concatenation in System.out.println to display the output as required by the question.
