Would you denounce your faith or beliefs to save your life? why or why not?

Health

In the eyes of most faiths, they expect you to die for your faith or belief, because if you denounce your faith or belief you are not loyal to your God(s) and disloyalty to faith is looked down upon. By denouncing your faith and beliefs to save your life, you are being selfish, and in some faiths, you are taught to be selfless.

The icu nurse is assessing a client who has been given desmopressin for treatment of diabetes insipidus. what lab values should
sesenic [268]

Answer:

The first priority is to assess the sodium level in this client. The FDA has issued a black box warning stating that clients taking desmopressin can develop hyponatremia, leading to seizures. Consequently, assessment of sodium levels takes precedence over hematocrit, calcium, and platelet levels.

During the assessment of a client who has been given desmopressin for the treatment of diabetes insipidus, the nurse should prioritize sodium levels.

Explanation:

Sodium is an electrolyte that plays an important role in maintaining fluid balance in the body. When sodium levels are too low, water is drawn from other tissues or from intracellular fluid to increase its concentration in the extracellular fluid.

This leads to dehydration and can cause abnormal heart rhythms and seizures if left untreated. The nurse should prioritize sodium levels during the assessment of a patient who has been given desmopressin for treatment of diabetes insipidus.

If you were a governor, will you make budget cuts across the board or use some special criteria(suggest some good ones) to pick
True [87]

If i was governor I would use the money from tabbaco and alcohol tax to help pay for the board. If that doesn't work then I can try to use money that the state gets from lottery tickets and the lottery itself seeing that it's made to raise the money pool and is to go through the state anyway
