Did You maybe mean "the most" or did you forget the options?

I would say that among all the countries in the world, It would be least influential in countries with state religion (Vatican, Malta, Iran, others) and among those I would say that we can be quite sure that there are no Buddhists in the Vatican City (but they pope and Dalai Lama often meet)- so this would be a good option.

jackie robinson experienced unequal rights because he was the first african-american to play in the major league  Jackie’s poise and strength—both on and off the field—are why we still honor him today. one example is when he almost got  court-martialed. In 1944, he was riding in a U.S. Army bus with the wife of a fellow black officer. The driver, believing the light-skinned woman to be white, ordered Robinson to the back of the bus.

Soloha48 [4]

Answer:

Rory's behavior is unethical.

Explanation:

Ethical behavior is a moral conscience, attributed to good conduct and individual procedures, is to act with self-determination, self-control and orderly in any situation and fundamental at all times of life.

Rory's behavior does not match the concept of ethical behavior. Ethical behavior is related to actions that involve good conduct and individual control. Even if Rory returns the money from the cashier, she's taking money that is not hers without the permission of the real owner. Taking things that are not yours without permission is not good conduct and therefore is not ethical behavior.
