Body composition- the amount of bodyweight made up of bone, fat and muscle.

Muscular Endurance- the movement of voluntary muscle repeateddly.

Flexibility- the range of movement at a joint.

Cardiovascular fitness- the ability to use voluntary muscle without fatigue.
