Answer:

Topogenic sequences share a series of structural features, and thereby computational algorithms can be used to predict these protein-membrane segments

Explanation:

Topogenic sequences are protein segments formed by alpha-helical transmembrane domains, which are required for the insertion of membrane proteins. These domains share a series of well-defined features: they are composed of segments of about 20 hydrophobic amino-acid residues. In consequence, computational algorithms can be designed to identify protein patterns that fulfill these structural requirements (i.e. segments with a length of 20 residues, hydrophobic level, etc). The models assign a similarity threshold (threshold value) that predict if the similarity level of the protein pattern is good enough to detect a topogenic segment.

satela [25.4K]

Answer:

Explanation:

You might not necessarily be any idiot as you think but what you failed to do before convincing your friends to come to the school was that you did not make appropriate findings if the school, the comfortability of your friends, their needs if then eventually come and transportation. Assuming you make these researches beforehand, you would have know what to to do and won't find yourself in the situation you find yourself now.

It is advisable you make proper, findings before taking a decision. You can still explain the situations to your friends.

Thanks

In the mid-1800s, an Austrian monk named Gregor Mendel Opens in modal popup window began his own experiments with plants. Unlike his predecessors, he used rigorous scientific methods in his experiments.

Mendel conducted his experiments with pea plants, which he grew in the garden of his monastery. The plants are easy to grow, reproduce quickly, and have several distinct characteristics Opens in modal popup window , or features, that are easy to observe. Characteristics of pea plants include flower color, seed color, and pea pod shape.

Moreover, Mendel knew that each characteristic exists as one of two traits Opens in modal popup window , or forms of the character. For example, the seed color characteristic exists as one of two traits: green or yellow.
