Answer:

∠1 + ∠2 + ∠3 = 180°

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : AB II XC

To Show : ∠1 + ∠2 + ∠3 = 180°

Proof: Here, given that AB is parallel to the line XC

⇒ ∠4 = ∠2 (Pair of Alternate angles as AB II XC) ......... (1)

and ∠5 = ∠3 (Pair of Alternate angles as AB II XC) ........... (2)

Now, ∠1 + ∠4 + ∠5 = 180° ( Straight Angle)

But, from above (1) and (2)

∠1 + ∠2 + ∠3 = 180° ( as ∠4 = ∠2, ∠5 = ∠3)

Hence, ∠1 + ∠2 + ∠3 = 180°

Hence Proved.

What are the partial products for 3.2 x 0.6?
Lera25 [3.4K]

Answer:

This is a complete lesson with instruction & exercises for 5th grade about multiplying decimals by decimals. The interpretation for multiplying a decimal by a decimal is to think of it as taking a fractional part of a decimal number (the symbol × translates to "of"). The lesson compares multiplication by a decimal to scaling & shrinking a stick. Lastly, it shows the common shortcut to decimal multiplication (multiply as if there were no decimal points; the answer has as many decimals as the factors have in total.)

In the video below, I explain the rule for multiplying decimals (put as many decimal digits in the answer as there are in the factors.) I explain where this rule comes from, using fraction multiplication. The lesson continues below the video.

On a number line, why is 0 important?
dmitriy555 [2]
0 is the starting pointing for equations that are for positive numbers. 0 sets an easy way to figure out problems that have negatives. 0 is important to solve any problem with integers, and decimals!

Answer:

Mark C.

Step-by-step explanation:

If there are 27 students in both classes, it's logicial to multiply both classes by two to get the total students.

Since the S stands for the students absent, that should come after the brackets.
