Answer:

∠1 + ∠2 + ∠3 = 180°

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :  AB II XC

To Show : ∠1 + ∠2 + ∠3 = 180°

Proof: Here, given that AB is parallel to the line XC

⇒  ∠4  =  ∠2  (Pair of Alternate angles as AB II XC)  .........  (1)

and ∠5  =  ∠3 (Pair of Alternate angles as AB II XC) ...........  (2)

Now, ∠1 + ∠4 + ∠5  = 180° ( Straight Angle)

But, from above (1) and (2)

∠1 + ∠2 + ∠3   =   180°  ( as ∠4  =  ∠2,  ∠5  =  ∠3)

Hence, ∠1 + ∠2 + ∠3   =   180°

Hence Proved.

invests $8,000 in a savings plan that pays 5% per year. What will the account balance be at the end of the first year?
jeka57 [31]
The equation is I = PRT where I is the interest to, P is the principal, or money deposited, R is the rate in decimal form, and T is time in years.

I = (8,000)(0.05)(1)
I = $400

Add that to the original deposit and you have $8,400 as the account balance at the end of the first year

(I WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST)
LUCKY_DIMON [66]

For this case we have the following polynomial:

3x ^ 2 + 9x + 15

The standard form of the polynomial is given by:

ax ^ 2 + bx + c

Where, the axis of symmetry of the polynomial is given by the expression:

x = - \frac {b} {2a}}

In this case we have:

a = 3\\b = 9

Therefore, replacing values we have:

x = - \frac {9} {2 (3)}

Rewriting we have:

x = - \frac {9} {6}\\x = - \frac {3} {2}

Answer:

The symmetry axis of the polynomial is given by:

x = - \frac {3} {2}

option C
