f(x) has a y-intercept of 0 where g(x) has a y-intercept of 4. If you have g(x)=f(x+k), you need to figure out f(x)+? will equal g(x), which the k is in place for. Since g(x) is four units higher than f(x), I assume the answer would be 4. And once you plot g(x)=f(x+4), it should be the same line.
