The width of the triangle is 16 meters on each side so then  14 x 2 = 28

16 x 2 = 32 32 + 28 = 60, You're welcome!

At a local restaurant, the amount of time that customers have to wait for their food is normally distributed with a mean of 36 m
Degger [83]

The probability that a randomly selected customer will have to wait between 32 minutes and 37 minutes is 59.81%

<h3>What is an equation?</h3>

An equation is an expression that shows the relationship between two or more numbers and variables.

Z score is given by:

z = (raw score - mean) / standard deviation

Given mean of 36 minutes and a standard deviation of 3 minutes.

For x = 32:

z = (32 - 36)/3 = -1.33

For x = 37:

z = (37 - 36)/3 = 0.33

P(-1.33 < z < 0.33) = P(z < 0.33) - P(z < -1.33) = 0.6179 - 0.0198 = 0.5981

The probability that a randomly selected customer will have to wait between 32 minutes and 37 minutes is 59.81%

Plzz help me to find coefficient in binomial theorem (25 points)
Viefleur [7K]

<em>Denote x2 by y. </em>

<em>  </em>

<em>(x2-3)7=(y-3)7 </em>

<em>  </em>

<em>This is a binomial expansion in y, and you want the coefficient of y4 because y4=x8 </em>

<em>  </em>

<em>You have 7 terms of (y-3) in (y-3)7.  To get the fourth power of y, you need to choose y from four of the terms.  The number of ways you can do this is the combinations of 7 things taken 4 at a time.  This is: </em>

<em>  </em>

<em>7!/(4!3!)=35</em>

<em />

<em>So, the coefficient of x8 in the given expansion will be 210.</em>

<em>HOPE IT HELPS</em>

<em>THANK YOU </em>

What is the speed (approximately) of a 2.5-kilogram mass after it has fallen freely from rest through a distance of 12 meters?
Norma-Jean [14]

Answer:

15.3 m/s

Step-by-step explanation:1) Find the gravitational potential energy using the equation :

     PE_g=mgh

    PE_g=2.5(12)(9.8)\\PE_g=294

2) Then use the equation for kinetic energy to solve for the velocity:

     KE=\frac{1}{2} mv^{2}

     294=\frac{1}{2}(2.5)(v^2)\\235.2=v^2\\\sqrt{235.2} =v\\15.3 m/s=v
