I think a major one would be effective communication, but c. is also quite likely. mainly I think D. but I keep second-guessing myself and saying C. err. hope this helps you if only by the slightest bit. I wish I knew, but I won't tell you an answer if I am not exactly sure. but to narrow it down, it is most likely C or D.
