Olin [163]

The perimeter and area of the square are 16√5 mm and 80 mm²

<h3 /><h3>How to find perimeter and area of a square?</h3>

Perimeter of a square = 4L

where

  • l = length

Therefore,

Perimeter of a square = 4 × 4√5

Perimeter of a square = 16√5 mm

Area of a square = l²

Area of a square = (4√5)²

Area of a square = 16 × 5

Area of a square = 80 mm²

The first one is true

if the angles of a right triangle are 90,45,45

the legs are equal. so if AC is 13, Back will be 13, too.

now you can get help from Pythagoras theorem :
c {}^{2} = {13}^{2} + {13}^{2} \\ c {}^{2} = 169 + 169 = 338 \\ c = \sqrt{338} = 13 \sqrt{2} = 18.38

good luck
