The answer is "resistance stage".

Resistance is the second phase of the general adjustment disorder. Amid this stage the body has expanded ability to react to the stressor. Because of high energetic costs, the body can't keep up elevated amounts of protection from push perpetually, and if the stressor continues the body may progress into exhaustion. Resistance is the second stage and the expanded emission of glucocorticoids assumes a noteworthy job by strengthening the systemic reaction.
