For example, pollination is the transfer of pollen, so he could draw a bee on the flower. Germination is the process where a plant grows from a seed, so he would need to draw a seed in the ground with some roots coming out of it and a really small stem for where the plant grows. Finally, growth is a bit self explanatory. He would need to draw a plant progressively getting bigger.
