Both Kyla and Tia will be in their zone. Even if they dicrease their heart rates by 20 beats per minute from 175 beats per minute. 155 beats per minute still falls under kyla's target heart rate zone and Tia's target heart rate zone.

Answer:

both, Kayla and tia

Explanation:

If both start cycling until they reach a value of 175 bpm, and then, they stopped, until they reach the value 155 bpm, because they reduce in 20 bpm.

The value of 155 bpm are in both hearth zones that for Kayla is between 142 - 179 bpm and in the case of tia is between 150 - 183 bpm.

Hope this info is useful.
