Resistance<span> is the second </span>stage<span> of the general adaptation syndrome. </span>During<span> this </span>stage<span> the body has increased capacity to respond to the stressor. Due to high energetic costs, the body cannot maintain high levels of </span>resistance<span> to stress forever, and if the stressor persists the body may advance into exhaustion. It gets good food by excersicing, eating good food, and drinking lots of water. Eat a healthy diet, and lots of protein. Drinking water helps every part of your body. Drink 8-10 glasses or more a day. Excersise to stay strong, and able to do things.
