It is important for kids to have rules in childhood education so that they know from right or wrong. they contribute to child development so when they get older they will not make the wrong choices or at least they know what is right or wrong

What is a health risk you have seen in
kupik [55]

Answer:

▪Too much intake of fats and oils.

This will increase the risk of high blood pressure, hardening of the arteries, heart attack and stroke.

▪My solution. Eat a balanced diet as many times as you can because its healthy. All food types (protein, carbohydrates.......) have effects if one of them is taken too much.

▪According to my research (google) it is healthy to take 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil per day ,this will mean that you have taken 1/2 a litre of oil per month.

Hope it helps.☆

John is a 32 year old swimmer. His resting heart rate is 52. He would like to workout between 70% and 80% of his heart rate rese
Oxana [17]

Answer:

  147 to 161 bpm

Explanation:

The appropriate formulas are ...

  220 - age = maximum heart rate

  ⇒   220-32 = 188

Maximum heart rate - resting heart rate = heart rate reserve

  ⇒  188 -52 = 136

(Heart rate reserve X training%) + resting heart rate

  ⇒   136 × {0.7, 0.8} +52 = {147.2, 160.8}

John's target heart rate range is 147 to 161.
