For this one, I'd clearly say "plant trees", even without having the options. Adding natural fertilisers would probably also strengthen the soil. The next option is plowing the soil so that plants can grow easier.

Cutting trees only makes things worse and building a wall isn't economically a good option and it would not prevent erosion itself; it would just prevent it from spreading.

Answers:

A., C. and E.

Random dispersion occurs when individuals of a species disperse themselves randomly, not following any recognisable pattern. So, I'm not saying that the other options have recognisable dispersion patterns, but the sweetgums are more likely to exhibit random dispersion since they're seeds are wind-dispersed, which means they depend on the wind to reach the soil, and wind, is uncontrollable and random.

Answer:

E.

First of all, organisms do not evaporate. Evaporation is the conversion of liquid to gas, and this is something that can only happen to liquids, obviously.

Excretion is a scientifical and discrete e way of saying "pooping". And there is no way poop can deliver or return CO2 to the atmosphere.

Photosynthesis is a well know process that occurs in plants and some aquatic microorganisms that consists in the production of ATP while releasing O2. This ATP is later used in cellular respiration where CO2 is released.

A.

The decrease between years 1 and 2 is of 4490 which equals 56,5% decrease:

4490 * 100 / 7790 = 56,5

The decrease between years 2 and 3 is of 2080 which equals 60,1% decrease:

2080 * 100 / 3460 = 60,1

Answer:

B.

What is the function of mRNA (messenger RNA)?
LiRa [457]

Messenger RNA (mRNA) molecules carry the coding sequences for protein synthesis and are called transcripts; ribosomal RNA (rRNA) molecules form the core of a cell's ribosomes (the structures in which protein synthesis takes place); and transfer RNA (tRNA) molecules carry amino acids to the ribosomes during protein.

To what are greater body size and facial gracility documented in homo erectus likely related?
Vanyuwa [196]
Greater body size and facial gracility documented in Homo erectus are likely related to changes in tool technology and increasing access to meat and other proteins. Homo erectus walked just like a modern human, with traits like double arches and adducted big toe, they had a cranial capacity range from 650 cc to 1,200 cc.

The gravitational pull on planet A is greater than on planet B. Which of the
RideAnS [48]
As relevant to the question here, an object’s mass refers to an intrinsic property of the object while weight refers to a force that depends on the local gravitational field. So, if an object moves between planets with different gravitational pull, the object’s weight would change but its mass would not.

The third option would thus be the correct one (the object of an invariant mass would have a lesser weight on planet B than on planet A).
