A(-2,3) & B(2,5) You know that te 1st figure of each pair represents x & te second represents y

Change of rate formula = (y"-y')/(x"-x')

=(5-3)/[2-(-2)] = 2/4 = 1/2

Please help me with this question
adoni [48]

Answer:

y = e^{x^2 - 3x}\\\\\\Let \ u = x^2 - 3x\\\\y = e^u\\\\\frac{dy}{du} = e^u\\\\\frac{du}{dx}  = 2x - 3\\\\y' = \frac{dy}{dx}  = \frac{dy}{du} *\frac{du}{dx} = e^u * (2x -3)\\\\Substitute \ u = x^2 -3\\\\y' = (2x -3)e^{x^2-3x}\\\\option A

Figure I and Figure II are similar figures,
ELEN [110]

The ratio of corresponding sides is same for all the sides for similar polygon. the correct proportion is,

\frac{ST}{EF}=\frac{WR}{CD}

Thus the option H is the correct option.

To find the correct proportion we need to know about the properties of slimier polygon.

<h3>What are the properties of similar polygon?</h3>

Two polygons are said to be similar or congruent pentagon-

The corresponding angle of two pentagons are congruent.

The ratio of corresponding sides is same for all the sides.

The figure given in the problem of similar two polygons with six sides.

Rearrange the second figure as shown in figure.

As for the similar polygons, the ratio of corresponding sides is same for all the sides.

Thus the sides shown in the two rearranged figure must be same. Therefore,

\frac{ST}{EF}=\frac{WR}{CD}

Hence the correct proportion is,

\frac{ST}{EF}=\frac{WR}{CD}

Thus the option H is the correct option.

Debra borrowed $8000 at a rate of 18% compounded semiannually. Assuming she makes no payment, how much will she owe after 9 year
Marina CMI [18]

Answer:

She owe $37736.96 after 9 years .

Step-by-step explanation:

Debra borrowed $8000 at a rate of 18% compounded semiannually

We are supposed to find how much will she owe after 9 years

Principal = 8000

Rate of interest = 18% =0.18

No. of compounds per year = 2

Time = 9 years

Formula : A= P(1+\frac{r}{n})^{nt}

Substitute the values in the formula :

A= 8000(1+\frac{0.18}{2})^{2 \times 9}

A= 37736.96

Hence She owe $37736.96 after 9 years .

Guessing you meant by a factor of 3... not 13 since none of the solutions are anywhere close to that.

to compress is to smoosh.
It's the equation of a line. If you smoosh it vertically the line becomes flatter and the slope smaller.

Essentially g(x) = 3f(x)
3y = 12x + 6
y = (12/3)x + 6/3
y = 4x + 2
