Y=7x+3 because slope intercept form is y=mx+b where x is the slope and b is the y intercept so when you plug in the slope of 7 and the y intercept of 3 you get the equation y=7x+3.

6(1) - (1)2 = 4
6(2) - (2)2 = 8
6(3) - (3)2 = 12
6(4) - (4)2 = 16
