• Which of the following causes of the French government's financial crisis helped spark the Revolution? Select all that apply.

A.the extravagant spending by the court

B. the cost of the Seven Years' War

D. the cost of aid given to help finance the American Revolution

The French Revolution had a series of reasons. During that period France was very unequal, most of society was poor at the same time the nobility and the clergy was rich and spent money like people were not dying from hunger on the streets.

The Nobility took most of the blame and the phrase that Marie Antoinette supposedly said “let them have brioches” is the main image of the people’s revolt against the nobility.

Also, in that period France did not have money so it imposed taxes over taxes to people that were already poor. Despite that France spent a lot of money in participating in a series of wars, for example, the War of Austrian Succession, the Seven Years War and the American Revolution.

 • Despite naming himself emperor, why was Napoleon pivotal as a French revolutionary? Select all that apply.

D. He established republics that embodied the ideas of the Revolution.

People did not revolt when Napoleon proclaimed himself emperor. He provided a stable government and people wanted that since the turmoil of the revolution. Also, the military was hypnotized by him since he gave them a sense of pride, self-respect, and victories.

Name 3 interesting fun facts on the southern colonies
miskamm [114]

1. The Northern colonies were a refuge for religious dissenters, many of whom immigrated in families. Fewer families migrated to the Southern colonies because the South attracted people who were seeking economic prosperity.

2. Many people came to the Southern colonies from England because of limited opportunities in the old country. The English countryside was nearly fully occupied by farmers, but the American South had vast expanses of uninhabited, uncultivated land. Immigrants also came from Germany, Scotland and Ireland, and some of these people moved inland, away from the English, especially if they could not obtain fertile land near the coast. These inland Southern colonists faced hardship living in Indian country and wilderness.

3. Colonists in the Southern colonies experienced epidemics of yellow fever and malaria, which shortened life expectancies. These disease outbreaks did not plague the North as much. Life expectancy was even shorter for slaves abducted from Africa or other places. On some of the harsher plantations, slave life expectancy was only seven to nine years.

Margarita believes that she controls her own destiny. She is a rather shy person who is extremely dependable and responsible, an
motikmotik

Answer:

Margarita has an internal locus of control and would rate high on the conscientiousness dimension of personality.

Explanation:

An internal locus of control, opposed to an external locus of control, is the belief that one controls one's own destiny, that the decisions we make have the power to change our lives, therefore, we have the power to achieve what we want and to control what happens to us in the future. A person with an internal locus of control believes that there is no God or external entity controling people's life.

The conscientiousness dimension of personality is a personality trait that describes a person who is capable of self-regulation and self-discipline, who has goals and focuses actions and decisions towards those goals. People with high conscientousness tend to be very responsible and therefore, they are described as reliable and hardworking by others.

Depressed people tend to attribute their negative experiences to causes that are internal, stable, and global. this pattern supp
natima [27]
The answer is helplessness theory or learned helplessness. It is when people feel helpless to avoid negative situations because previous experience has shown them that they do not have control. An example is imagine that you just failed a major test. There are some things that you could say were the reason for that: 'I'm stupid.' 'I didn't study hard enough.' 'The test was too hard.'

Each of those reasons can be seen as a not the same type of attribution. An attribution is an aspect that a person blames for the consequence of a situation. The three types of attribution is global, stable, and internal. An internal attribution is any attribution that gives the root of an event as something to do with the person, as contrasting to something in the outside world. A stable attribution is one that doesn't change over time or across situations. Finally, a global attribution is the acceptance that the factors affecting the consequence relates to a large number of situations, not just one of them.
