Unless there are types of experimental design I'm not aware of,

she's measuring the rate of photosynthesis

she should keep sunlight consistent for all groups of plants

for her control group she should have plants that she is not testing any other possible photosynthesis factors on

and as independent variable, she should have groups of her factors.

In your own words, give two reasons why it is important to work with a partner while doing a lab
Sladkaya [172]
1.) It's best to have two pair of eyes for an experiment. Meaning one person to watch the chemicals while you're writing things down - especially if they're dangerous if mixed together. Basically it's best to take turns!
2.) They may have different results than you if you're in a lab - and it's always best to work together to get the job done! You can get the job done faster and more effectively if you work together! (:
I hope all is well, and you pass! Good luck, rockstar!

Allushta [10]

Answer:

Point mutations can cause serious changes to an organism if they change the way a protein works. A mutation in DNA alters the mRNA, which in turn can alter the amino acid chain. A base substitution may have three different effects on an organism's protein.
