The oldest layers of rock will be at the bottom because as years go on things die and create new settlement that forces the older rock to move further down in to the ground

Bottom layer.
Over time, layers are added. This is by the earth naturally getting older from animals, weather, rock, etc.
So, if you have an animal that died and it was covered by dirt from its time, more dirt is going to pile on top later on

is a recessive, hereditary disease that is life threatening because of overproduction mucus in vital organs such as the lungs
user100 [1]

The cystic fibrosis is a condition, in which the secretion of mucus in some vital organs such as lungs, pancreas, and stomach becomes sticky and thick.

This condition is caused by the inheritance of the recessive gene responsible for the development of the cystic fibrosis.

The thick and the sticky mucus gets lined up on the walls of the organ and causes the clogging of the tubes and the ducts, hence, instead of providing lubrication they act as clogging agent and causing major damage to some vital organs, especially, lungs and the pancreas.
