1. 27 - 3 (because 3 are left over) = 24. Then, 24 ÷ 6 = 4 children. 

2. If Mina has £7.20, that means she has 720 pence. If half is given to her brother, then she has £3.60 left. (720 ÷ 2 = 360 pence, which is £3.60) 

3. 17 × 10 = 170
2 × 20 = 40
170 + 40 = 210, which is £2.10
