1. i was very shocked and scared at the same time and then started getting depressed.

2. yes it effected my life negatively because i wasn't used to having to eat different to everyone else and all of a sudden i could t eat ehat they ate and i had to have injections alot and i was scared of needles.

3.when blood sugar goes low i feel dizzy light headed and fuzzy alot of the times faint.
when its high I feel tired like i coukd sleep all day my head aches and i feel heavy

4. sometimes 2 maybe 3 or if its an up and down day 3 or 4

There are several ways to cope with stress. First of all, taking care of ourselves is the best way, exercising regularly, eating healthy, sleep well, those variable helps to deal and cope with stress because maintains the person in a well being state. Also, taking breaks is another important thing to do to deal with stress, going away the stressful situation can help to think better about it.

<h3>B. Signs of positive mental well-being</h3>

Another sign of positive mental well-being is reduced anxiety.

Anxiety is a normal emotion, a person that feel anxious is normal. However, if that person feel always anxious, then that's a problem, because in that case would be a mental disorder.

Anxiety can be define as emotions that make us fell tense, which provokes  physical changes like increased blood pressure.

Therefore, if a person reduced his anxiety, that means his emotional state is better, and it's a sign of positive mental well-being, because the positive mindset would help to wait patiently.

<h3>C. Signs of high self-esteem</h3>

Thinking positively about yourself is a sign of high self-esteem.

Self-esteem refers to the auto evaluation we do about ourselves, and they tend to be emotional evaluations about our capabilities and things related. So, if a person think positive about himself, and that person is able to maintain a positive mindset where he is sure about his abilities, then that's signs of high self-esteem.
