Pigs, I’m not sure but I would imagine pigs. I picture flies and mosquitoes as pests and that they would increase annoyance or stress, whereas pigs are sometimes kept as pets, which tend to boost emotional health. :)

Lastly, the advancement of technology in a healthcare facility would cause a higher amount of money on patient's medical bills.
