Recientemente, la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) a través de la UNICEF, hizo un llamado de alerta a todos los países subdesarrollados porque en materia educativa, el rezago es tan grande, que se considera al 2020 como un año totalmente perdido en materia educativa.
