Explain how and why the walls of the ventricles differ in thickness.<br> and between
baherus [9]

Answer:

The ventricles of the heart have thicker muscular walls than the atria. This is because blood is pumped out of the heart at greater pressure from these chambers compared to the atria. ... This is due to the higher forces needed to pump blood through the systemic circuit (around the body) compared to the pulmonary circuit.

How do bacteria maintain their internal ph despite the ph of the environment in which they grow?
ipn [44]
The answer to this question would be: by producing buffer

The pH of optimal growth of bacteria might be different. Some bacteria can grow in an acid condition called acidophile, other live in base condition called alkaliphiles and the rest live in neutral pH condition called neutrophiles. The bacteria can maintain their internal pH by producing acid, base or buffer. If the surrounding pH is too acid, the bacteria can reduce the H+ concentration by producing base. If the condition is too alkali/base, the bacteria can produce acid by doing fermentation.

Explain various type of work.
lord [1]

Work: According to physics, work is defined as when a force acting on a body causes it to move a given distance. Work is a scalar number because it is the dot or scalar product of two vectors (force and displacement).

Types of work

1.  Reactionary Work

In the present day, Reactionary Work takes up the majority of our waking hours since we are solely concerned with reacting to messages and demands that come in the form of emails, texts, F4cebook messages, tweets, voicemails, and the list goes on. Instead of taking the initiative in the areas that mean the most to you, you are continuously responding to what is presented to you. You cannot let Reactionary Work overwhelm you, even though it is vital.

2. Planning Work

You must plan how you will accomplish your tasks at other times. Planning work covers the time spent, arranging and prioritizing your time, creating meeting management systems, and perfecting working management systems. Planning involves determining how to spend your energy and creating a strategy for accomplishing your goals. The most engaging processes are highly customized, oftentimes on the verge of becoming neurotic, yet they keep us interested. Planning work may not seem alluring, yet it may increase your productivity and help you achieve your objectives.

3. Procedural Work

Of course, there are a lot of daily actions we take that are neither tactical nor retaliatory. The administrative and maintenance tasks that we perform to stay afloat are referred to as procedural work. Examples include making sure that the bills are paid, filing taxes, updating a presentation deck, and tracking previous outgoing emails to ensure that they were handled or resolved. Although procedural work is crucial, we must always keep an open mind when approaching it. When procedures become outdated and are followed simply out of habit rather than need, they backfire.

4. Insecurity Work

Insecurity Work includes the activities we engage in as a result of our own fears, such as frequently checking internet reviews of you or your goods or compulsively studying certain company statistics. While quickly convincing us that everything is OK, insecurity work doesn't advance the situation at all, and we frequently aren't even aware that we're engaging in it.

5. Problem-Solving Work

The most crucial time for creativity is during problem-solving tasks. Whether we are building a new interface, creating a new business strategy, crafting an insightful blog post, or outlining the features of a new product, this is the task that demands all of our mental capacity and attention. You use pure ingenuity to develop solutions whether you're working alone or with a team.

The most engaging processes are highly customized, oftentimes on the verge of becoming neurotic, yet they keep us interested.

The regulation involves a different type of endocrine hormones and thyroid gland and receptors that help in signaling the increase or decrease of body temperature it involves neurons and hormones.

Due to the response of thermoreceptors and hormones is known as the neuroendocrine response. Hypothalamus Involves two or more hormones and several steps it known as a complex response.
