a) n² + 6

n=1

1² + 6 = 1 + 6 =7

n=2

2² + 6 = 4 + 6 = 10

n=3

3² + 6 = 9 + 6 =15

n=4

4² + 6 = 16 + 6 =22

7, 10, 15, 22

n=10

10² + 6 = 100 + 6 =106

10 th term-106

b) 3n²

n=10

3 x 10² = 3 x 100= 300

10th term- 300
