The correct answer is letter B.

The Freedmen's Bureau was establishen in 1856 to help poor whites millions of former black slaves in the South after the Civil War happened. The Bureau provided housing, medical aid and food, also established schools and offered legal assistance; even the Bureau was prevented from carrying out this programs because of a shortage of personnel and funds.

The correct answer is B: The Freedmen's Bureau wanted to help newly freed slaves participate in American Society.

The Freedmen's Bureau was an agency of the United States Department of War which was created to help newly freed African Americans in their transition from slavery to freedom.

The Bureau helped ex-slaves obtain clothing, food, water, education, health care and jobs so that they could become active members of the society.

Many hospitals and schools were built by the time of its foundation, being education one of the most recognized accomplishments since the Bureau's legislations allowed the construction of state-supported public schools, and its universal nature allowed freed slaves as well as impoverished people obtain education, previously destined to a few.

What strategy worked well for the colonists in fighting the british during the american revolution?
Ratling [72]
It was the strategy of Attrition.

Washington saw, particularly after the fall of New York in 1776, that, despite the fact that his little armed force couldn't guard every one of the urban areas in America, its presence only guaranteed that the revolution would proceed. Without a genuine normal armed force, he stayed away from any definitive conflict with the expert English forces in favor of a strategy of attrition, fighting just when the chances were unmistakably to support him.
