Human Gene Therapy. 

(It is all of these)

A. includes the insertion of genetic material into human cells for the treatment of a genetic disease.

B. Has been used for treatment of children who have severe combined immunodeficiency.

C. Has been used in a trial to treat familial hypercholesterolemia.

Can be injected by IV, shots that go into the vein to carry the gene all the way around the human body system, and possibly pills (possibly).

Without changing the characteristics of the light bulb, it's not actually possible to change the voltage without changing the current as well. When the voltage is increased, the current through the bulb has to increase as well in order to make it glow brighter.

Advantages include:
Variation in offspring - this is really important to the survival of a species. Variety in DNA allows an offspring child thing being to be able to adapt to new environments and immune system attack and evolve gaining better and better traits for survival.
It also increases the chance of at least some offspring.
