The answer to this question will be opinion based and opinion of different people may vary and still be correct, according to the reasons they give to justify their answer.

Social factors are the things that influence an individuals' personality, attitudes and lifestyle and shape up ones behavior.

Therefore, in my opinion 'a parent teaching a child that stealing is acceptable' is the social factor which will contribute to crime.

This factor will have a significant impact on child's personality as he will think of it as a socially acceptable thing and may develop a habit of stealing.

Many people may or may not agree but I think that it is the first one because if the child's parent tell their child it's ok then the child will think I really want that so I'll steal it. Also the child might influence other people that it is ok, getting them into trouble.

Temka [501]

Answer:

Allowed the arrest on vagrancy charges of former slaves who failed to sign yearly labor contracts.

Explanation:

This happened because the black codes were made to supress every black person living in the United States, they were allowed to arrest a black person literally because they were doing nothing, if they were not slaves, they had to be working in any place if they did not wanted to go to jail, but since black people couln't get normal jobs back then, almost everyone had to be enslaved.
