The volume of the box = L × B × W

V = 4 × 6 × 8 = 192 cm³

The box cut into cubes with the 2 cm sides.

Volume of the 2 cm cube = 2 × 2 × 2 = 8 cm³

The number of cubes from the box = \frac{192}{8}

                                                          = 24 cubes

There would be 4 cubes in the middle would be painted only one side.

Periphery cubes of the box are painted on two or more sides.
