Reflexive verb - When the subject and the object are the same.

For example: "I clean my face"

The subject would be "I" which is basically saying me, and the object is my "face".

So to answer your question, "I brush my hair" is a reflexive verb.

Answer: The article is a emotionally charged tone ( argumentative tone). A argumentative article is based on a persons opinion and is driven by their thoughts. this is shown through when the author wrote, "NASA’s space program is worth preserving at any cost." This shows that the author personally believes that the space station needs to be preserved, therefore their tone is argumentative since they are trying to prove their opinion to be right. This is also presented when the author stated "All of these activities offer hope to our increasingly overcrowded planet." and "It is impossible to list all the benefits of a thriving space program." All of these examples show that the author has taken a strong opinion on the matter. This therefore makes their town argumentive and emotionally based.
