I don't think they do from experience. people tend to look for the worst in them to bring them down a peg. but i could be wrong i'm just speaking from experience

Well, it depends if a person is happy about it and nice, using their abilities to help others. Or, if they look down on people because they don't have the skills he/she has.

If the one judging them is jealous, they will uncover the things that other person cannot do.Same with a stuck up person.
