Artificial Insemination is basically a process in which the sperm of the male is put or induced into the cervix or uterine cavity of the female. This process is done to achieve pregnancy. In this process, the purpose is not to do intercourse but to produce fetus without engaging in the sexual activity.
There are some advantages as well as some disadvantages of Artificial Insemination. The disadvantages may include the following:
It disturbs the natural process of producing offspring.
It disrupts species and their natural habits.
It requires the use of anesthesia which could be dangerous in some cases.
