some possible equations equivalent to 2x+3y=12 would be:
1)
y=−2x+12/3
written form:
y= negative 2x plus 12 over/divided by 3
2)
y=−2/3x+4
written form:
y= negative 2 over/divided by 3x plus 4
3)
y=4−2/3x
written form:
y= 4 minus 2 over/divided by 3x
4)
y=12−2x/3
written form:
y= 12 minus 2x over/divided by 3
