The urinary tract structure that an enlarged prostrate compress, making urination difficult in an individual suffering from benign prostatic hyperplasia is the urethra. BPH, is also called prostrate enlargement, is a noncancerous increase in the size of the prostrate. The symptoms include; frequent urination, trouble starting urination, weak stream, inability to urinate, or loss of bladder control.
