Answer:

The pentagon

Step-by-step explanation:

It is the only shape out of the four that is not a quadrilateral. While every other choice has four sides, the pentagon has five.

An argument could also be made for the gray square. It is the only one that is not colored white on the inside.

The pentagon does not belong because it has 5 sides while the other 3 shapes have only 4 sides.

WILL MARK BRAINIEST!!! 20 POINTS!!! Determine the equivalent system for the given system of equations. 4x − 5y = 2 10x − 21y = 1
aniked [119]

Answer:

none of the options

Step-by-step explanation:

4x − 5y = 2 , 10x − 21y = 10

---------

the first equation is same in all answer choices, let's check which is equivalent to second, the easy way is to consider x/y ratio which is 10/ -21

4x − 5y = 2 , 3x − y = 4

  • no, ratio is 3/ -1

4x − 5y = 2 , 24x − 47y = 22

  • no, the ratio is 24/ -47

4x − 5y = 2 , 10x + 3y = 15

  • no, the ratio is 10/3

4x − 5y = 2 , 14x + 26y = 12

  • no, the ratio is 14/26

What is the volume of a cylinder, in cubic ft, with a height of 9ft and a base diameter
aev [14]

Answer:

Volume of cylinder is: Volume=1808.64 ft³

Step-by-step explanation:

Height of cylinder = 9 ft

Base diameter of cylinder = 16 ft

We need to find volume of cylinder .

The formula used is: Volume=\pi r^2h

We need radius:

The radius = diameter/2 = 16/2 = 8 ft

Putting values and finding volume of cylinder

Volume=\pi r^2h

Volume=3.14\times (8)^2\times (9) \\Volume=3.14\times 64\times (9) \\Volume=1808.64 \: ft^3

So, Volume of cylinder is: Volume=1808.64 ft³

Solve 7x-2x(x+1)=6x+14<br><br> A) x=-12<br> B) x=12<br> C) x=-16<br> D) x=16
prisoha [69]

Answer:

x=-16   (answer : C

Step-by-step explanation:

hello:

put x=-16 in this equation : 7x-2(x+1)=6x+14

7(-16)-2(-16+1)=6(-16)+14

-112-2(-15) = -96+14

-112+30= -96+14

-82 = -82 .....true

Plz help, <br> Graph f(x)=|x−6|−4
sattari [20]

MrBillDoesMath!

Answer: I don't know how to draw graphs  on this website but here's the "picture".  Imagine the function y = absolute value(x). It looks like the English letter "V". The bottom of our V (i.e f(x) touches the x-axis when x = 6, so the "V" graph has been translated 6 units to the right of the origin. But  when x = 6 the value of f(x) is 0-4 = -4 so the tip of the V is located 4 units below the x axis. Summary:  g(x) looks like the absolute value function but  is translated 6 units to the right of the origin and 4 units down
