Answer:

It has No real Solution.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

12x-8y=10

-6x+4y=5

No we need to Solve the above 2 equations using Elimination method.

Let 12x-8y=10

2(6x-4y)=10\\(6x-4y)=\frac{10}{2}=5

6x-4y=5 be Equation 1

Also let -6x+4y=5 be Equation 2

Now adding Equation 1 and Equation 2 we get,

(6x-4y=5) + -6x+4y=5

0=10

Hence it is not correct.

Hence it has no real Solution.

Colby made $66.50 for mowing 7 lawns. Let x represent the number of lawns mowed and y represent the amount of money earned. Writ
Amanda [17]

Answer:

x = 9.5y

Step-by-step explanation:

7 lawns = $66.50

1 lawn = $66.50 ÷ 7

          = $9.50

You now know that for one lawn mowed, the amount of money earned is $9.50. Thus:

1x = 9.5y

x = 9.5y

How do you find the m and b in the problem y=-x+1?
inysia [295]
In Y=mx+b:

m=slope. That is found by using this formula y2-y1/x2-x1

b=y-intercept. That's found by finding slope, m, and substituting that into y=(m)x+b. Then you have to solve for b and that'll be your y-intercept.
