Jack wants to paint his house. he collected quotations from two different painters. The first painter's total cost in terms of the number of hours (x) worked was modelled as f(x) = 70 + 5x, while that of the second painter was g(x) = 30 + 15x. Jack knows that it will take more than 4 hours to paint the house so he decided to go with the first painter whose cost is cheaper when the number of hours is above 4 hours.

finlep [7]

Answer:

The answer to your question is: # of times = 60.7

Step-by-step explanation:

data

7.4 billion people

each person occupied 13 inches

Earth circumference = 25000 miles

length of the lines = 13 in x 7.4 billion people

                               = 13 x 7 400 000 000

                              = 9.62 x 10 ¹⁰ in

Convert in to miles

                     1 mile  --------------- 63360 in

                     x mi     ---------------  9.62 x 10 ¹⁰  in

     x = 1518308.1 mi

Now divide, the line of people by the circumference

         # of times =  1518308.1 mi /  25000 mi = 60.7

True or false The coefficient of (x^(k)) (y^(n-k)) in the expansion of (x+y)^n equals (n choose k)
Setler [38]
This is under the binomial theorem. A binomial theorem is an equation that predicts the sequence when a binomial is raised to certain power. The general form of the equation is (a+b)^n. The equation for the binomial theorem would be

nCk a^(n-k) b^k, where k is the kth term of the expanded form, n is the nth power. The coefficient of the term in the binomial expansion is nCk or n!/k!(n-k)!.

BD−→− bisects ∠ABC such that m∠ABD = (4x−5)∘ and m∠DBC = (3x+2)∘.
Rzqust [24]

Answer:

\angle ABC=(46)^{\circ}

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: BD bisects \angle ABC

\angle ABD=(4x-5)^{\circ}\\\angle DBC=(3x+2)^{\circ}

To find: \angle ABC

Solution:

A bisector of an angle divides it into angles of equal measures.

As BD bisects \angle ABC, \angle ABD=\angle DBC

Put \angle ABD=(4x-5)^{\circ}\,,\,\angle DBC=(3x+2)^{\circ}

\angle ABD=\angle DBC\\(4x-5)^{\circ}=(3x+2)^{\circ}\\4x-3x=2+5\\x=7^{\circ}

So,

\angle ABD=(4x-5)^{\circ}=(4(7)-5)^{\circ}=(28-5)^{\circ}=(23)^{\circ}\\\angle DBC=(3x+2)^{\circ}=(3(7)+2)^{\circ}=(21+2)^{\circ}=(23)^{\circ}

\angle ABC=\angle ABD+\angle DBC\\=(23)^{\circ}+(23)^{\circ}\\=(46)^{\circ}
