I would go with B considering he has never tried it he is with a group of guys telling how great it is and he wouldn't want to feel left out of that circle
There's many options for this but what i have found is the best source for your calcium is yogurt it helps in many ways.
1)30% of your calcium
2)20% of vitamin D
other options-
milk, cheese, eggs, salmon, and spinach
All the essential nutrients can be found in a vegetarian diet! (Coming from a vegetarian herself :))
