3500 calories

In order to take away calories to lose one pound daily, there is a requirement to take away 3500 fewer calories per day to lose one pound. Usually, in a day an individual who is focusing on losing pounds should also burn more than 3500 calories. This should be more in value than the consuming per day. An excellent advice is to drink plenty of water and not to eat anything in the late evening expect fruit if carving.

I think a pound of body fat is 3500 calories. It doesn't mean if you burn 3500 calories and you will lose a pound. To burn fat you must take in less energy that you burn.

Good luck :)
