They include, dynamic stretching, static stretching, and more. You should warm up with 5–10 repetitions of a light-to-moderate weight. Take a minute's rest and then perform two heavier warm-up sets of 2–5 repetitions each, taking a two-minute rest between the sets. You should then rest for 2–4 minutes before beginning the maximal lifts.
