Answer

The correct answer is Build Rapport.

The second stage in the intervention model deals with building rapport.

Explanation

The seven step process of Intervention Model is used in the times of crises by an organization. By using this model the organization can systematically tackle the crises by making a systematic intervention in the process.

Further Explanation

The second stage in the intervention model is about building rapport where the organizations build rapport with the employees and the workers which helps them to have knowledge about their viewpoint and experience. It further allows the organization and the management to make the employees realize about the efforts and initiatives taken by their end to resolve the crises. Thus this step helps to establish and build confidence between worker and the organization. The following steps involve the organization to know the cause of the crises, deal with the emotions of the clients, find an alternative solution to the crises, and prepare action plan and conducting regular follow ups.

How did the stamp act and the Townshend act differ
Volgvan
The Stamp act was an act of the British Parliament in 1756 that exacted revenue from the American colonies by imposing a stamp duty on newspapers and legal and commercial documents. Colonial opposition led to the act's repeal in 1766 and helped encourage the revolutionary movement against the British Crown.

Townshed Act

The Townshend Acts were a series of acts passed – beginning in 1767 – by the Parliament of Great Britain relating to the British colonies in North America. The acts are named after Charles Townshend, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, who proposed the program. Historians vary slightly in which acts they include under the heading "Townshend Acts", but five acts are often mentioned: the Revenue Act of 1767, the Indemnity Act (1767), the Commissioners of Customs Act (1767), the Ed Court Act (1768), and the New York Restraining Act (1767).[1] The purpose of the Townshend Acts was to raise revenue in the colonies to pay the salaries of governors and judges so that they would remain loyal to Great Britain, to create a more effective means of enforcing compliance with trade regulations, to punish the province of New York for failing to comply with the 1765 Quartering Act, and to establish the precedent that the British Parliament had the right to tax the colonies.[2] The Townshend Acts (1767) were met with resistance in the colonies, prompting the occupation of Boston by British troops in 1768, which eventually resulted in the Boston Massacre of 1770.

As a result of widespread protest in the American colonies, Parliament began to partially repeal the Townshend duties.[3] Most of the new taxes were repealed, but the tax on tea was retained. The British government continued in its attempt to tax the colonists without their consent and the American Revolution followed.
