Answer:

The correct option is B

Explanation:

CPR means cardiopulmonary resuscitation. CPR is done as a first aid in emergency situations such as heart attack, rescued drowned patient and other situations that causes an individual's breathing or heartbeat to stop. CPR is done so the heart can resume it's function of supplying oxygenated blood to the body organs (especially the brain).

Checking the pulse is quite important while performing CPR because it's a direct measurement of the heart rate which can be used to know the effectiveness of the CPR or the progress made during the course of the CPR. Unfortunately, CPR mannequins are plastics/rubbers and hence cannot have real pulse.

What are atoms?
user100 [1]

Answer:

The smallest particle of a chemical element can be defined as an atom.

Explanation:

The number of protons in one atom of an element determines the atom's identity, and the number of electrons determines its electrical charge.

a single electron or one of two or more electrons in the outer shell of an atom that is responsible for the chemical properties of the atom is known as valence electrons.

An atom's reactivity is its tendency to lose or gain electrons. ... This is because they have one outer electron and losing it gives them the stability of a outer electron shell as the next level... The reactivities of elements can be predicted by periodic trends.

What is the definition of enriched uranium
zimovet [89]

Answer:

Enriched uranium-

Explanation:

Enriched uranium is a type of uranium in which the percent composition of uranium-235 (written ²³⁵U) has been increased through the process of isotope separation. Naturally occurring uranium is composed of three major isotopes: uranium-238 (²³⁸U with 99.2739–99.2752% natural abundance), uranium-235 (²³⁵U, 0.7198–0.7202%), and uranium-234 (²³⁴U, 0.0050–0.0059%). U is the only nuclide existing in nature (in any appreciable amount) that is fissile with thermal neutrons.
