your experiences, likes and dislikes, and mood are all examples of internal influences on physical activity true or false
MArishka [77]
It is true. if you feel sad, you wont want to go on a run. if you feel happy, youll be more than happy to. it does make a difference. if you dont like soccer, you wouldnt play it. if you had a bad expiernce with golf (somehow xD) you most likely wouldnt feel up to playing it.

How long do you usually have to stay with an exercise program to notice significant changes?12 weeks8 weeks4 weeks1 week
ZanzabumX [31]

Answer:

The correct answer is 8 weeks.

Explanation:

It is wrong to expect changes in your body after a very short period of exercising. You need to exercise regularly for 8 weeks to experience noticeable changes in your body. Human body needs time to adjust to a new routine especially if you are exercising after a long break or for the first time.  Although you wont see a lot of visible improvements before eight weeks you start losing fat after 4 to 6 weeks of workout.

Why do you think athletes often eat lots of carbohydrates the day before a competition?
Dmitriy789 [7]
Carbohydrates are in place of simple sugars and complex carbs which either are quick energy or stored energy for performance.  Without carbs, the body will shut down because you need sufficient energy to keep going.  Carbs are what keeps you moving and functioning.
