At the "Elongation" or "middle stage" of the translation, the peptide bond is formed.

Explanation:

We know that there are three steps or stages of the translation process. Among these 3, in the elongation stage, amino acids are carried to the ribosome by tRNAs, and then they become linked together to form a chain.

In this stage, at first, methionine-carrying tRNA starts in the middle slot of the ribosome, called the P site. Next to it, a new codon is opened in another slot, called the A site. The A site will be used for the "landing site" for the next tRNA. Once the matching tRNA has arrived in the A site, the formation of the peptide bond happens. This peptide bond connects one amino acid to another. This step transfers the methionine from the first tRNA onto the amino acid of the second tRNA in the A site.

Microevolution refers to changes that occur within a single species or group or organisms.  Microevolution, as opposed to macroevolution, occurs in a short period of time. In microevolution, the ancestor and the descendant obviously belong to the same type.  For example, certain pests have evolved in such a way that they become immune to pesticides; the same thing has happened to certain weeds and herbicides. Isotopes of Uranium U-232, U-233 , U-234 , U-235 , U-236 , U-238 are used as fuel in nuclear reactors or as explosives for nuclear weapons. Use of radiometric dating techniques help in defining the age of substances (natural or man-made) using the known decay rates of radioactive elements. Each element has an  individual decay rate and half life time.

Two Uranium isotopes (U-238 and U-235) are used for radiometric dating. Both the isotopes have different decay rates and half life period. Both are unstable and radioactive. Since two different isotopes produce two different decay clocks (one as a reference to other), it is beneficial in accurately determining the age of samples. The age of earth (rocks or other natural elements) can be easily determined using Uranium isotopes.
